  • 1.The general terms
    • 1.The information below is an offer (hereinafter referred to as the Offer) on behalf of APMG DWC LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), any legal entity or individual entrepreneur registered on the https://apm.group website and an entrepreneurial order (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer), collectively referred to as the Parties . , include the Supply Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) on the terms and conditions described below.
    2.Subject of the agreement.
    • 2.1The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the Goods under the terms of this Agreement.
    3.Conditions of the work.
    • 3.1. The buyer must register on the website https://apm.group/, or request access from a representative of APMG DWC LLC.
    • 3.2. The buyer undertakes not to disclose the volume of the surface of his login and password, to return during registration. If the Buyer has suspicions about the security of his login and the likelihood of acquisition or the possibility of their unauthorized use by particle sizes, the Buyer undertakes to find out the cost, notify the Seller about this and independently measure the consumption rate on the Site.

    • 3.4. Orders may be placed through the personal account or by sending a confirmed offer via email with the client code and shipping method specified.
    • 3.5. Order placement and shipment of Goods may be suspended if payment terms are violated.
    • 3.6. The Seller bears no responsibility to the Buyer’s end customers.
    • 3.7. All claims regarding Goods must be submitted by the Buyer via email to [email protected]
    • 3.8. The lead times stated on the Website for each supplier start from the moment the order status changes to "In Progress" in the Buyer's personal account.

4.Terms of payment and payment procedure.

    • 4.1. Payment methods Goods and details in your personal account on the site in the "Account Status" section
    • 4.2. The Buyer expects a 20% prepayment of Orders. The same 20% prepayment of the amount of the Goods in work, then remains on hold at the stage "In Work", "Purchased", "Packaging", "In Warehouse", "Dubai Transit", "Ready for Shipment", which are displayed in your personal account.
    • 4.3. By the time of shipment from the Seller's warehouse, the shipped Goods must be paid by the Buyer in full. Unpaid Goods from the warehouse are not shipped.
    • 4.4. Buyers can unite together within one client (Representative) to receive extended discounts - the goods are shipped only at the direction of the Representative, in charge of the same address. Mutual offsets within this group are carried out by the Buyers independently. Money can be credited to the Representative's account from various sources (specified by the Representative), with certain indications of the Buyer's code in the payment presentation. The buyer can create several free accounts and freely move funds among themselves.
    • 4.5. The Buyer involved in payments to the Seller from third parties, while the person in making the payment or informing the Seller must indicate the Buyer's code. In case of receipt of payment without specifying the Buyer's code, the Seller received not to count
    • funds to the Buyer's balance until a clarification letter is provided. Informing the Seller must be carried out through the form of the site.
    • 4.6. Minimum weight for shipment by air - 2 kg, by sea - 10 kg, minimum amount for shipment - $500.
    • 4.7. All bank charges are paid by the Buyer. The credited amount is credited to the Buyer's balance in the personal account.
    • 4.8. When topping up the balance using cryptocurrency or bank transfer, the Client is required to confirm the payment details with their personal manager before sending any funds. If funds are sent without prior confirmation, APMG DWC LLC will not be held responsible for any potential loss of funds or other consequences related to the transaction. The Client assumes all risks associated with the breach of this condition.
    • 4.9. All settlements are carried out in the national currency at the exchange rate set by APMG on the date of shipment or payment.
    • 4.10. The prepayment percentage depends on the Buyer's status in the Affiliate Program (https://apm.group/ru/affiliate). Special offers and promotions may have different terms, which will be communicated to the Buyer.

5.Terms of delivery

    • 5.1. Product prices are fixed at the time of order placement and include applicable discounts and delivery based on INCOTERMS 2020 EXW. Official holidays recognized in the UAE are not counted in delivery, packaging, or processing timelines due to temporary suspension of logistics and administrative operations.
    • 5.2. Ownership transfers to the Buyer at the warehouse of the designated carrier upon signature, or upon receipt by the Buyer or their representative in Dubai or Sharjah (based on terms agreed with the Buyer).
    • 5.3. Delivery is carried out through the carrier specified by the Buyer unless a separate shipping agreement is in place.
    • 5.4. If the shipping method is changed after the order is packed, a repacking fee of 5% of the box value applies. Processing takes 1–2 business days. Same-day changes and shipment are not possible.
    • 5.5. The Buyer is responsible for inspecting the Goods before transfer to third parties. Failure to inspect is deemed acceptance without claims.
    • 5.6. Damage during transport not related to manufacturing defects is the responsibility of the carrier’s insurer.
    • 5.7. Preliminary logistics estimates provided by the Seller are indicative only and may differ upon actual processing and weighing.

6.Storage of goods in the warehouse of the Seller.

    • 6.1. The goods are free of charge in the Seller's warehouse for up to 28 days. For the storage of unpaid Goods, a fee specified by the Seller is charged based on the weight and dimensions of the goods.

    • 6.2. If the Buyer refuses the Goods, before the expiration of the delivery period, the corresponding penalty with the Buyer's balance in the amount of 100% of the value of the goods.
    • 6.3. Grounds for refusing to extend the delivery time to twice the maximum delivery time set locally. To confirm the refusal, the Buyer is obliged to inform the Seller to send a request to [email protected], otherwise the claim for the violated delivery time does not apply.
    • 6.4. Additional packaging can be provided upon your request. The cost of additional packaging is $30 and includes additional materials and labor for packaging the product.
      Optionally, you can also choose separate packaging, which costs $20.
    • 6.5. Customer Responsibility for Timely Pickup of Orders: In the event that the customer does not pick up the ordered item within the specified timeframe, the company reserves the right to charge the customer's account the full cost of the order. This right may be exercised if the ordered part does not align with the company's commercial interests.

7.Settlement of disputes.

    • 7.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiations, if no agreement is reached, the dispute can be referred to the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in accordance with the adopted regulations. Applicable law - United Arab Emirates, the language of legal proceedings is English.
    • 7.2. The Seller is not liable for damage caused to the Buyer due to improper use of the Goods ordered on the Site.
    • 7.3. Claims for the Goods are accepted by email [email protected] and are resolved on an individual basis for each individual case. To file a claim, you must:

    • 7.4. In case of claims to the quality and completeness of the Goods, the Seller has the right to demand from the Buyer photo, video and other materials confirming the proper acceptance and use of the Goods.
    • 7.5. - If a manufacturing defect is detected, the claim must be submitted along with the same applications.
    • 7.6. - If the part was installed on the car, the claim will be considered only if the official dealer has an inspection certificate, and the original packaging of the part is available.
    • 7.7. The claim must be filed within 30 days from the date of shipment for air orders and 60 days from the date of shipment for ocean orders.
    • 7.8. The term for consideration of the claim is from 10 to 14 days.

8.Validity and change of conditions of the terms.

8.1. The Offer and any changes come into force from the moment of publication on the Internet at: https://apm.group/terms and is valid until the Offer is withdrawn by the Seller.


9.Consent to send messages

  • The client agrees to receive information and advertising messages from the company using the specified contact information (email, phone number, etc.).
  • Messages may contain information about new products, special offers, promotions and other marketing events.
  • The Client has the right to unsubscribe from receiving communications at any time by following the instructions provided in each message or by submitting a request to support.
